Refund policy
Returns:
To be elegible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For most products: we offer a five (5) day return policy. To star a return, you can contact us at evergreenlov@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send you package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All Clearance and Sale items are final sale.
Please Note:
- We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier. Evergreen Love does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen.
- Any product which has health usage (skincare, ointment) has been opened are not covered due to hygiene concerns.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect you order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage or if you receive the wring item, so that we evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/ non-returnable items:
Certain type of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do no accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is receive and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received you returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable):
If you haven't receive a refund yet, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
First check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
